QA/QC
Ratba'a is committed to provide quality control plans and ensure the effluence of the procedures through its structure.
QC plan is interacted with every item of work and generally consisting of three different and sequenced Phases:
- Preparatory phase.
- Follow us phase.
- Completion.
Documentation is entered into the organization structure to ensure that tracking of records for every quality issue is maintained until final solution achieved, this includes:
- Deficiency reports.
- Corrective action reports.
- Punch list.
- Pre-final inspection report.
- Final inspection and handover.
A qualified staff of quality control manager and his followers are appointed for each project and they are authorized to act their job and have the full power to correct any activity.
A quality plan written especially for each project is submitted before mobilization, many revisions may be communicated with the client's representative to have the approval on its details.
The quality plan is ensuring full system's covering starting from ordering of materials until final inspection and test reports, safety materials, as well as craftsmen quality is considered under the same serious plan.
Testing and inspection certificates, as well as third party and manufacturer’s certificates are being part of integrated plan depending on submittal procedure. |
